A relaxed mind in a relaxed body
During my bodywork sessions, I"ll work with you in a partnership to get your muscles to relax. Beyond kneading, friction, and other manual approaches, I use breathwork and resistance stretches to help you relax your body and quiet your mind. Energy balancing completes the session, leaving you relaxed and reinvigorated.
Teaching and Learning
I'm a teacher at heart, so I really enjoy showing you the muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments in their musculoskeletal system so you'll understand better how your body works. I also enjoy demonstrating stretches you can take with you. Heat and ice are other approaches I might recommend.
